REQUIREMENTS:

We are always on the lookout for professional cleaners with at least 6 months cleaning experience. We complete a background check, reference check and face to face interview. If you do not fit these requirements please do not call us. You must have most of the qualifications listed below to contact us.

• Be able to handle all dirt levels including heavy duty cleaning
• Cell phone required, transportation a +
• Okay with sorting and bagging clutter
• Must be available to provide all services
• You must be thorough, an expert in your field, meticulous
• Attention to details, white gloves cleaner
• Knows how to handle criticism from Clients or the Company
• Knows how to deal with fussy clients
• Must be stable, reliable, no head games, no babysitting issues, available to work
• Commuting is not an issue
• Very mature and doesn't need micromanaging
• Resume of cleaning jobs only - no lengthy unrelated jobs please - only residential/commercial cleaning experience
• Cleaners must know the difference between Initial cleaning, on-going services and additional services.
• Knows how to adjust to different personalities while working on the job.
• Familiar with Spring, Clutter Removal, Move In & Out jobs, other is +
• Cleaners must know that the number of hours per job varies between 1 to 8 hours or more. No job or client is ever the same and there is traveling involved. Please note that this is a clientele driven job.
• You must be familiar with cleaning supplies and what’s needed to execute a job in a professional manner.
